Another usage for this type of program is to be able to send out one time only type of emails describing anything from sales or new products that you have available. The possibilities are endless. Make sure that each email contains a link to your product or website that you are promoting.

Now you will need to create a small advertisement page that includes a form for visitors to fill in their name and email address to get more information about what it is that your business has to offer. This is called a capture page. The information that is collected will be sent over to your auto responder program. There is a way to link the form back to your auto responder and the instructions will be located at the site that you have your auto responder.

After having the above two things set then next is to develop an online marketing plan. This will include everything from setting up a blog, writing articles about your business and even getting an advertising campaign. The key to get leads is to get your link out and in front of as many people as possible. Anything and everything that you do should include a link to your capture page. Even adding your link to your signatures on your emails and forum posts will help to get leads.

Email marketing is a way to get information about your product or business straight into a potential customers Inbox.
